Maha Maya, The World Mother,as visualized by a theosophist

...And completion of the circle means Alpha meeting Omega. Then Alpha does maha-maya.jpgnot remain Alpha. Omega is no longer Omega. Alpha is also Omega and Omega is also Alpha". "There is no Beginning and no Ending. No Birth and no Death. No This and no That."

Soul Quest - Journey from Death to Immortality, Anand Krishna

I looked at her, at my strange companion. Though I stood before her, face-to-face, I still felt as if she was part of me. As if there was no difference, no distinction between me and her. Her lips parted to give me smile. She looked back at me with her big eyes full of love and mercy. That was intoxicating. I could not move my eyes from her graceful face. She was the very Personification of Beauty, Goodness and Truth.

Her form gave out a strange sweet smell, some unearthly fragrance that I had never smelled before- ... her gaze pierced through my heart, my very being, as if looking for "something" or "someone" within me - something or someone that I somehow knew was the Real Me and yet unknown to myself. Strange!

... I caught a glimpse of her long flowing hair. And for the first time I realized, that it was changing color. One time black, another time brown. Then yellowish green, later greenish yellow. Whatever- they were beautiful, pleasing to my eyes.

Soul Quest - Journey from Death to Immortality, Anand Krishna

"One must propitiate the Divine Mother, the Primal Energy, in order to obtain God's grace. God Himself is Mahamaya, who deludes the world with Her illusion and conjures up the magic of creation, preservation and destruction."

Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa

The Embodiment of Maha Maya, The World Mother during on earth :

1. Goddess Mother Durga

2. Kuan Yin, Bodhisattva of Compassion

3. Mary Magdalene - Jesus' Wife

4. Rabiya-el-Adavia the first female Mystic Sufi, one of the rarest women in the whole history of human consciousness. Rabiya is far above even the great masters.

5. Dendreah or "Desert Rose" in Lakota Sioux, the White Buffalo Woman who brought the Sacred Pipes to the Sioux people before the European invasion or contact.

She is beyond All Forms. She has no need for any form, yet She can by Her mere will take up any form, manifest in any form. Such forms are again recognized differently by the wise of every age. Kuan Shih Yin or the Hearer of Cries, Maria Magdalena or The Mystic Rose, Tara or The Great Liberator, Shakti or the Supreme Energry, Mahakali The Fierce Beauty - Above all, she is the beginning, the middle and the end of all. She ends and She begins all over again. She is the great recycler.

She has no particular name, for all names known and unknown are Hers. Names cannot identify Her, for She does not need any identification.
